The Beast Within - Madonna

And blessed are those who hear

And who keep what is written therein

For the time is near

He is coming with the clouds

And every eye will see him

Everyone who pierced him

And all the tribes of the earth will wail on account of him

Those of you who have not learned what some call the deep things of Satan

I know your works, I know your toil, and your patient endurance

And how you cannot hear evil men

But have tested those who call themselves apostles, but are not.

And found them to be false

I know that you are enduring patiently

And you have not grown weary

but I have this against you

that you have abandoned the love you had

And I saw a beast rising out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads

And a blasphemous name upon its head

And the beast that I saw was like a leopard

Its feet were like a bear’s

And its mouth was like a lion’s mouth

And to it the dragon gave his power

And the whole earth followed the beast with wonder

And they worshipped the beast saying

«Who is like the beast and who can fight against the beast?»

And It opened its mouth to utter blasphemous words against God.

It was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer

And authority was given it over every tribe

And a people and tongue and nation

And all who dwell on earth could worship it in vain

If anyone has an ear let him hear

If anyone who slays with the sword.

Then, I saw a new heaven and a new earth

And I heard a great voice from the throne saying:

«Behold the dwelling of God is with men

He will dwell with them, and they shall be his people

And God himself will be with them

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes

And death shall be no more

Neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore

For these things will have passed away

To the thirsty I will give water without price

From the fountain of the water of life

He who conquers shall have this heritage

And I will be his God and he shall be my son

But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted

As for the murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolators, and all liars

Their lot shall be in the lake that burns with fire»

And he said to me, he said to me:

«Do not seal up the words of the prophecy, for the time is near

Behold, I am coming soon»

Et bénis sont ceux qui entendent

Et qui garde ce qui y est écrit

Car le temps est proche

Il vient avec les nuages

Et tous les yeux le verront

Tous ceux qui l'ont percé

Et toutes les tribus de la terre se lamenteront à cause de lui

Ceux d'entre vous qui n'ont pas appris ce que certains appellent les choses profondes de Satan

Je connais tes œuvres, je connais ton labeur et ta patiente endurance

Et comment tu ne peux pas entendre les méchants

Mais ont testé ceux qui se disent apôtres, mais ne le sont pas.

Et les a trouvées fausses

Je sais que tu endures patiemment

Et tu ne t'es pas lassé

mais j'ai ça contre toi

que tu as abandonné l'amour que tu avais

Et j'ai vu une bête sortir de la mer avec dix cornes et sept têtes

Et un nom blasphématoire sur sa tête

Et la bête que j'ai vue était comme un léopard

Ses pieds ressemblaient à ceux d'un ours

Et sa bouche était comme la gueule d'un lion

Et le dragon lui a donné son pouvoir

Et toute la terre suivit la bête avec émerveillement

Et ils adorèrent la bête en disant

"Qui est comme la bête et qui peut lutter contre la bête ?"

Et Il a ouvert sa bouche pour prononcer des paroles blasphématoires contre Dieu.

Il était permis de faire la guerre aux saints et de conquérir

Et l'autorité lui a été donnée sur chaque tribu

Et un peuple et une langue et une nation

Et tous ceux qui habitent sur terre pourraient l'adorer en vain

Si quelqu'un a une oreille, qu'il entende

Si quelqu'un qui tue avec l'épée.

Puis, j'ai vu un nouveau ciel et une nouvelle terre

Et j'ai entendu une grande voix venant du trône dire :

"Voici la demeure de Dieu est avec les hommes

Il habitera avec eux, et ils seront son peuple

Et Dieu lui-même sera avec eux

Il essuiera toute larme de leurs yeux

Et la mort ne sera plus

Il n'y aura plus ni deuil, ni pleurs, ni douleur

Car ces choses auront disparu

Aux assoiffés, je donnerai de l'eau sans prix

De la fontaine de l'eau de la vie

Celui qui vaincra aura cet héritage

Et je serai son Dieu et il sera mon fils

Mais quant aux lâches, aux infidèles, aux pollués

Quant aux meurtriers, aux fornicateurs, aux sorciers, aux idolâtres et à tous les menteurs

Leur sort sera dans le lac qui brûle par le feu »

Et il m'a dit, il m'a dit :

"Ne scellez pas les paroles de la prophétie, car le temps est proche

Voici, j'arrive bientôt »
