The wolf and the blade

It’s an old story about how about, um, Natives would put a, uh, a blade into

the ice

And the wolf would come and he would lick the blade

Right?

They would put blood on the blade, he would lick the blade

He would cut his tongue and continue to lick the blade until he bled to death

But he though he was eatin' something, he was lickin' the blood

Do you blame the wolf for tryin' to eat?

Or do you blame the person that put the knife in the ice?

Le loup et la lame

C'est une vieille histoire sur le fait que, euh, les autochtones mettraient une, euh, une lame dans

la glace

Et le loup viendrait et il lécherait la lame

À droite?

Ils mettaient du sang sur la lame, il léchait la lame

Il se coupait la langue et continuait à lécher la lame jusqu'à ce qu'il saigne à mort

Mais il même s'il mangeait quelque chose, il léchait le sang

Blâmez-vous le loup d'avoir essayé de manger ?

Ou blâmez-vous la personne qui a mis le couteau dans la glace ?
