Sometimes it’s hard, sometimes I cry

Parfois c'est dur, parfois je pleure

Parfois, mon cœur veut savoir pourquoi ?

Mais ton joug est facile et ton fardeau est léger

Et bien que mon cœur me fasse mal et qu'il y ait des larmes dans mes yeux

Quel que soit mon sort, tu m'as appris à savoir

Ce n'est pas toujours facile, je n'ai pas toujours raison

Parfois, je fais des choses qui ne vont pas à tes yeux

Mais j'ai décidé de suivre Jésus

Quel que soit mon sort, tu m'as appris à savoir

C'est bien, c'est bien avec mon âme

Tu m'as tendu la main, tu m'as sauvé et tu as versé ton sang pour mon âme

Et je vis maintenant en sachant que le ciel et non la tombe sera mon objectif

Et tout comme dans la vie, aussi dans la mort cette vérité réconfortera et consolera

Que bientôt je verrai ton visage et j'entendrai ta voix et saurai que tout va bien.. .
