I understood suddenly how thought was just an illusionary thing;

and how thought is responsible for, if not all, of the suffering we experience.

And then I suddenly felt like I was looking at these thoughts from another

perspective.

And I wondered, who is it that’s aware that I’m thinking?

And suddenly, I was thrown into this expansive, amazing feeling of freedom from

myself,

from my problems.

I saw that i was bigger, and what I do is bigger than my body.

I was everything, and everyone."

J'ai soudain compris à quel point la pensée n'était qu'une chose illusoire ;

et comment la pensée est responsable, sinon de la totalité, de la souffrance que nous subissons.

Et puis j'ai soudainement eu l'impression de regarder ces pensées d'un autre

perspective.

Et je me suis demandé, qui est ce qui est conscient de ce que je pense ?

Et tout à coup, j'ai été plongé dans ce sentiment expansif et incroyable de liberté de

moi même,

de mes problèmes.

J'ai vu que j'étais plus grand et ce que je fais est plus grand que mon corps.

J'étais tout, et tout le monde."
