Our Control

is out of our control,

why do we hold on,

when its out of our control,

Selfishness, runs ram-pit in my brain,

it holds on to everything,

trying to sustain the life it wants to lead.

the only problem is,

that’s the most damaging part of me.

unmask this, side of me that holds on to sexual immorality

Unmask this, side of me that holds on to the lies

the hate and the deceit I have hidden it,

behind a dark mask of control that leads me down

an empty road take it, take it,

the only good in me is you Jesus Christ Take it,

even though i know how humiliating it will be,

What is hidden in the dark,

shall be brought to the light

What can i compare to the beauty of your humility,

that of which only can be made equal

to when complimented by your Grace,

that comes when i wear this selfishness

so defiantly as a coward with a mask on my face.

But i desperately held on to everything,

everyone around me i tried to control

the outcome of every circumstance that life brought my way.

The money, the stress, the worry never seems to melt away

as i denied your every offer to take these burdens away.

I am chasing the wind,

pick up your cross and follow Christ

If you, try to, hang on, to your life, you will loose it,

but if you, give up your life,

for my sake,

you will save it.

Notre contrôle

est hors de notre contrôle,

pourquoi tenons-nous,

quand c'est hors de notre contrôle,

c'est hors de notre contrôle.

L'égoïsme court dans mon cerveau,

ça s'accroche à tout,

essayer de soutenir la vie qu'il veut mener.

le seul problème est,

c'est la partie la plus dommageable de moi.

démasquer ce côté de moi qui s'accroche à l'immoralité sexuelle

Démasque ce côté de moi qui s'accroche aux mensonges

la haine et la tromperie que j'ai cachées,

derrière un masque sombre de contrôle qui me conduit vers le bas

une route déserte, prends-la, prends-la,

le seul bien en moi, c'est toi Jésus-Christ

même si je sais à quel point ce sera humiliant,

Ce qui est caché dans l'obscurité,

sera amené à la lumière

Que puis-je comparer à la beauté de votre humilité,

celui dont seul peut être rendu égal

à lorsqu'il est complimenté par votre Grâce,

ça vient quand je porte cet égoïsme

avec autant de défi qu'un lâche avec un masque sur le visage.

Mais je m'accroche désespérément à tout,

tout le monde autour de moi j'ai essayé de contrôler

le résultat de toutes les circonstances que la vie m'a apportées.

L'argent, le stress, l'inquiétude ne semblent jamais se dissiper

car j'ai refusé chacune de vos offres d'enlever ces fardeaux.

prenez votre croix et suivez le Christ

Si vous essayez de vous accrocher à votre vie, vous la perdrez,

mais si vous abandonnez votre vie,

pour mon profit, BENEFICE,

vous le sauverez.

et, pour, l'amour de,

la, bonne nouvelle, vous l'enregistrerez.
