Sometimes I feel like a ship with no sail

Grinding my gears and I’m going through hell

When it all gets too heavy in a world full of fear

Then the Lord sent a helping hand and told me not to quit

I see a mother stronger each day

Battle buddy wants the pain to go away

Reached out my hand convinced him to stay
