I am the wind, I am the sea,

Every idle belief, every grief

And I am the dessert sands, that moves like the Serpent

And I am the rivers flow and the arc of Orion’s bow

And I am the howling scream, the nightmare and the waking dream

And I speak the hallowed and accursed word

I am life I am death, the ageless prayer unheard

I am the truth, I am lies, the dark and the light

The twisting of winged serpents, and of madness

The Holy one and the betrayer, the birth and murder of love

And I am the paradox, all that you perceive, everthing all at once

And they call him Abraxas, to see him means blindness, to worship him is death

To know him brings sickness, to fear him wisdom,

Not to resist brings liberation

And call as you might I shall not listen

For I am nothing, I am all I am Indifferent

Chaque croyance vaine, chaque chagrin

Et je suis le désert de sable, qui bouge comme le serpent

Et je suis les rivières qui coulent et l'arc de l'arc d'Orion

Et je suis le cri hurlant, le cauchemar et le rêve éveillé

Et je prononce la parole sacrée et maudite

Je suis la vie, je suis la mort, la prière sans âge qui n'est pas entendue

Je suis la vérité, je suis le mensonge, l'obscurité et la lumière

La torsion des serpents ailés et de la folie

Le Saint et le traître, la naissance et le meurtre de l'amour

Et je suis le paradoxe, tout ce que tu perçois, tout à la fois

Et ils l'appellent Abraxas, le voir signifie l'aveuglement, l'adorer est la mort

Le connaître apporte la maladie, le craindre la sagesse,

Ne pas résister apporte la libération

Et appelle comme tu peux, je n'écouterai pas

Car je ne suis rien, je suis tout, je suis indifférent
