I don’t know how to say it, I get down on my knees, in my room

In the evening, when no one’s around, I turn on the radio and turn up the sound

I say no, no don’t fall through

Call me up right now

I’d call you but I don’t know how

It started out when I was 10 years old

I climbed into the driver’s seat, the car started to roll down a hill

And I fell deep in love with a lady who I hadn’t yet met

Oh but she made me her baby, right then found a pen

Started writing a poem, and it’s not done, I continue every time I’m alone

And I know that she’s out there, and I know you can hear me

How I’d love to be real, and I want you to be near me, but the radio’s broken

The phone’s out of service, and we’ve got no connection and it’s making me

nervous

I say no, no don’t fall out

I call out

In this night’s last hour

Tout a commencé quand j'avais 10 ans

Je suis monté sur le siège du conducteur, la voiture a commencé à descendre une colline

Et je suis tombé profondément amoureux d'une femme que je n'avais pas encore rencontrée

Oh mais elle a fait de moi son bébé, puis a trouvé un stylo

J'ai commencé à écrire un poème, et ce n'est pas fini, je continue à chaque fois que je suis seul

Comme j'aimerais être réel, et je veux que tu sois près de moi, mais la radio est cassée

Le téléphone est hors service, nous n'avons aucune connexion et cela me fait
