Here I go again, terrified myself

I suffocated in these walls I’ve built up

I’m no good at self-love

And I’m wasting, I’m wasting my time

Drowning in the dark thoughts of an egomaniac

I’m making enemies all the bullies in my mind

They try to hurt me but it was me the whole time

I crawl around on the ceiling

Pull me down but I’m liking how it’s feeling

Here I go again, I’m fighting with my manic head

I’m losing grip of it, tempered little fits

Mantras on my tongue but nothing ever sticks

Battle with the love and the hate of myself

Wishing I could be somebody, swapping for somebody else

Me revoici, me terrifiant moi-même

J'ai étouffé dans ces murs que j'ai construits

Je ne suis pas doué pour l'amour-propre

Et je perds, je perds mon temps

Je suis terrible avec moi-même

Je me hais

Je cherche le bonheur au fond d'un verre

Se noyer dans les sombres pensées d'un égocentrique

Je fais des ennemis tous les intimidateurs dans mon esprit

Ils essaient de me blesser mais c'était moi tout le temps

Tirez-moi vers le bas, mais j'aime ce que je ressens

Des mantras sur ma langue mais rien ne colle jamais

Bataille avec l'amour et la haine de moi-même

J'aimerais pouvoir être quelqu'un, échanger pour quelqu'un d'autre
