Blueprint - Illogic

I haven’t even really prepared what I’m gonna say

I just wanna step up here and talk freely, speak freely about my cat, Illogic,

and his project by the name of Unforeseen Shadows

I want everybody out there to realize that this is no run-of-the-mill

This is no haphazard attempt at making an album or a collection of songs

This is genuine music, conceptualized, driven by the team of Blueprint and

Illogic

Blueprint on production, myself

And Illogic on the rhymes and Illogic on the concepts

I want a lot of people, if you out there making music, to listen to this

If you half-steppin', you really need to listen to this

This goes out to everybody who slept on my man, Illogic

And all the trials and tribulations we had to go through just to finish this

project and finish it on time

‘cause it’s a lot of people out there talking

It’s a lot of people out there claim they got beats and rhymes

But it ain’t a lot of people who can put together something like this

So if you out there sleepin', I want you to wake up

If this is the end of the album and you already into it then you know,

you know it’s bangin' already

And if you just pickin' it up, then you about to find out on the reals how we

do it

Je n'ai même pas vraiment préparé ce que je vais dire

Je veux juste intervenir ici et parler librement, parler librement de mon chat, Illogic,

et son projet du nom d'Unforeseen Shadows

Je veux que tout le monde réalise que ce n'est pas banal

Il ne s'agit pas d'une tentative au hasard de créer un album ou une collection de chansons

C'est de la musique authentique, conceptualisée, pilotée par l'équipe de Blueprint et

illogique

Plan de production, moi-même

Et Illogic sur les rimes et Illogic sur les concepts

Je veux que beaucoup de gens, si vous faites de la musique, écoutent ça

Si vous faites un demi-pas, vous devez vraiment écouter ceci

Ceci s'adresse à tous ceux qui ont dormi sur mon homme, Illogic

Et toutes les épreuves et tribulations que nous avons dû traverser juste pour finir ça

projet et le terminer à temps

Parce qu'il y a beaucoup de gens qui parlent

Beaucoup de gens prétendent qu'ils ont des rythmes et des rimes

Mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens qui peuvent mettre en place quelque chose comme ça

Donc si tu dors là-bas, je veux que tu te réveilles

Si c'est la fin de l'album et que vous êtes déjà dedans alors vous savez,

tu sais que ça claque déjà

Et si vous venez de le ramasser, alors vous êtes sur le point de découvrir en vrai comment nous
