The Story of D - Jerusalem

Long time ago, there was this king,

Prideful and blind, it’s a dangerous thing

They made an idol of him…

Licking up, kicking down…

They surrounded him…

Just like we use to, just who we are…

We kind of do so, in whatever palace we’re in

Then there was this unusual guy, and I named him D

He was different from the rest, and his heart was free

They told him, follow the stream now, make a shortcut to your dream

And win the world now, and lose your soul for this scheme…

So they through D in the lions den,

And they said he’ll never be back again…

Il y a longtemps, il y avait ce roi,

Orgueil et aveugle, c'est une chose dangereuse

Ils en ont fait une idole…

Lécher, donner des coups de pied…

Ils l'entouraient...

Comme nous en avons l'habitude, juste qui nous sommes...

Nous le faisons en quelque sorte, dans n'importe quel palais dans lequel nous nous trouvons

Ensuite, il y a eu ce type inhabituel, et je l'ai nommé D

Il était différent des autres et son cœur était libre

Ils lui ont dit, suis le flux maintenant, fais un raccourci vers ton rêve

Et gagnez le monde maintenant, et perdez votre âme pour ce stratagème…

Alors ils ont traversé D dans la fosse aux lions,

Et ils ont dit qu'il ne reviendrait plus jamais...
