A big conversation down the road

Well ah laugh 'til ah nearly dead

When some calypso fans jump up and said:

That Lord Melody is only full of mouth

Lord Christo is very cool in life

But when the Sparrow singing, hold on to you wife

It is so near Carnival

And they want to put me in bacchanal

These people only setting strife

By telling you how to hold you wife

Singing calypso is my work

With everybody I make joke

With married women I don’t mingle

But you in trouble if you young, you free, and single

So Melody is only full of mouth
