Everything Will Be - Relient K

It smells so sweet outside today.

The sun smiles down, I’m in the shade.

I sit and think about all my friends and how good they are.

But when today is yesterday,

I know that things won’t be the same.

But I know that the memories won’t go to far.

Round and round the world will turn.

Lessons taught and lessons learned.

Jesus gets us through the good and bad times.

And lets us know that everything will be just fine.

A year’s passed since I wrote this song.

Ça sent si bon dehors aujourd'hui.

Le soleil sourit, je suis à l'ombre.

Je m'assois et je pense à tous mes amis et à quel point ils sont bons.

Mais quand aujourd'hui est hier,

Je sais que les choses ne seront plus les mêmes.

Mais je sais que les souvenirs n'iront pas trop loin.

Le monde tournera en rond et en rond.

Leçons enseignées et leçons apprises.

Jésus nous fait traverser les bons et les mauvais moments.

Et nous fait savoir que tout ira bien.

Un an s'est écoulé depuis que j'ai écrit cette chanson.
