Here in the desert where no waters flow, I will rejoice in life

Here where the days are long and the nights are cold

I feel the hunger of my mind

Every day when the sun passes by, burning every lie away

Every night I watch the moon crossing the crystal sky

Listening to what I say

The silenced song

I didn’t do so bad

As I was with mankind

Felt no sympathy, felt no anger

Among all those blinded minds

See them washing their hands

Off the bad things they have done

See them asking for forgiveness

So that they’re pure after they’re gone

Together they are gathered

Just flocks of silly sheep

Waiting for a leader

Never sowing as they reap

And they call their game religion

Maximum comfort in their lives

And if someone is not with them

He will surely feel the knife

I couldn’t find an open mind

Don’t know what was going on

I was singing out my words

Just like a silenced song

You can see me as a cloud

Between the seas of our life

See me fly over the mountains

Bring together what’s alike

But who is left to drink the thruth

Who is left to eat the words

When they forgot how once they thirsted

And this song remains unheard

All that’s left is my awareness

A beacon anchored deep inside

And thus I’m sitting here with you

Tied to this dryland, tied to my life

Watch me as I drift 'cross this desert

So thirsty and so pure

I am weary of my wisdom

I have to tell of I’m sure

You can see me as a cloud

Between the seas of our life

See me fly over the mountains

Bring together what’s alike

But who is left to drink the thruth

Who is left to eat the words

When they forgot how once they thirsted

And this song remains unheard

Deep inside my circle

There is my eternity

Je n'ai pas fait si mal

Comme j'étais avec l'humanité

Je n'ai ressenti aucune sympathie, aucune colère

Parmi tous ces esprits aveuglés

Les voir se laver les mains

Hors des mauvaises choses qu'ils ont faites

Les voir demander pardon

Pour qu'ils soient purs après leur départ

Ensemble, ils sont réunis

Juste des troupeaux de moutons stupides

En attente d'un chef

Ne semant jamais comme ils récoltent

Et ils appellent leur jeu religion

Un maximum de confort dans leur vie

Et si quelqu'un n'est pas avec eux

Il sentira sûrement le couteau

Je n'ai pas trouvé d'esprit ouvert

Je ne sais pas ce qui se passait

Je chantais mes mots

Comme une chanson silencieuse

Tu peux me voir comme un nuage

Entre les mers de notre vie

Regarde-moi voler au-dessus des montagnes

Réunir ce qui se ressemble

Mais qui reste-t-il pour boire la vérité

Qui reste pour manger les mots ?

Quand ils ont oublié comment une fois ils avaient soif

Tout ce qui reste est ma conscience
