Land of the Phantoms - Sear Bliss

Wind sweeps through the forest

It sweeps through valleys and mountains

It stops and casts its eyes over the peak

And looks inquiringly when it trances me down

I don’t speak and nor do the wind

It’s just standing and looking at the landscape

Solitude takes my thoughts

I feel quite well in this way

But my soul is tired

Then it rises and regains strength

It entreats me to fly with

Through valleys and mountains

It asks me to soar before the sun rises

To take advantage of darkness and night

Since then I’ve been one with the landscape

And it has become one with me too

Since then I’ve been one with the darkness

Which is a vital element for me

Since then I just stand here and I see everything

As the others are carried from peak to peak

As the wind stain the world

As they sink out honour to the depth of hell

I look around.

We have remained few in place

The others have flown away, wither their interest hoping for better

But I see that we’re still firm

And like sand, the wind carries the others

Le vent balaye la forêt

Il balaie les vallées et les montagnes

Il s'arrête et jette ses yeux sur le pic

Et regarde d'un air interrogateur quand ça me transperce

Je ne parle pas et le vent non plus

C'est juste se tenir debout et regarder le paysage

La solitude prend mes pensées

Je me sens plutôt bien de cette façon

Mais mon âme est fatiguée

Puis il monte et reprend de la force

Il m'implore de voler avec

A travers vallées et montagnes

Il me demande de planer avant que le soleil ne se lève

Profiter de l'obscurité et de la nuit

Depuis je fais corps avec le paysage

Et c'est devenu un avec moi aussi

Depuis, je ne fais plus qu'un avec les ténèbres

Ce qui est un élément vital pour moi

Depuis lors, je juste rester ici et je vois tout

Comme les autres sont transportés de pic en pic

Alors que le vent tache le monde

Alors qu'ils coulent l'honneur dans les profondeurs de l'enfer

Je regarde autour.

Nous sommes restés peu en place

Les autres se sont envolés, fanent leur intérêt en espérant mieux

Mais je vois que nous sommes toujours fermes

Et comme le sable, le vent emporte les autres
