Louise went swimming in a river

In the morning

She brought a basket full of apples

And a tangerine

But she couldn’t find a friend

She wanted to bring

When she entered the water

With a trembling voice

She wondered why she chose to turn a living man

Into a ghost

But she couldn’t blame anyone

For having the choice

Louise, do not cry, you did the right thing

And I’ll come back sometimes

With the wind blowing high, a moon of tangerine

Hanging from the sky

I’ll be the shadow of the memory

Falling from your eye

There are flowers in bloom around the apple tree

That I love the most

But the land of this country has no mercy

For it’s shadows

Well, I cannot blame anyone

For being a ghost

Louise est allée nager dans une rivière

Du matin

Elle a apporté un panier plein de pommes

Et une mandarine

Mais elle n'a pas pu trouver d'ami

Elle voulait apporter

Quand elle est entrée dans l'eau

D'une voix tremblante

Elle s'est demandée pourquoi elle avait choisi de devenir un homme vivant

Dans un fantôme

Mais elle ne pouvait blâmer personne

Pour avoir le choix

Louise, ne pleure pas, tu as bien fait

Et je reviendrai parfois

Avec le vent qui souffle haut, une lune de mandarine

Suspendu au ciel

Je serai l'ombre du souvenir

Tomber de ton oeil

Il y a des fleurs en fleurs autour du pommier

Que j'aime le plus

Mais la terre de ce pays n'a aucune pitié

Car c'est l'ombre

Eh bien, je ne peux blâmer personne
