Fear the Force - Ten

This land was stark and bare

A veil of darkest night disguised our deep despair

We lived in danger here under a shadow of fear

But then the stranger came

He spoke in ancient tongue, his task was pre-ordained

He broke the ancient seal upon a box he revealed

And in the still of night his incantations lit up the sky

They mesmerized us

And from the shapes they formed emerged the great unicorn

His bare back rider on the storm

As day and night were born

The yin and yang were torn

They sail a chartered course

Each as the purest source

Of darkness and of light

The dragon knows his claws

Can’t touch the unicorn

Fear the force

A single ray of light

Disturbed the dragon’s sleep

The time has come to fight

He knew his Nemesis as it appeared from the mist

White lighting from the sky

Struck at the beast as it turned to fly

The titan cried out

Then as the sage foretold

From black and white come the whole

As natural balance was restored

As day and night were born

The yin and yang were torn

Cette terre était austère et nue

Un voile de la nuit la plus sombre a déguisé notre profond désespoir

Nous vivions en danger ici sous l'ombre de la peur

Mais alors l'étranger est venu

Il parlait dans une langue ancienne, sa tâche était préétablie

Il a brisé l'ancien sceau sur une boîte qu'il a révélée

Et dans le silence de la nuit, ses incantations ont illuminé le ciel

Ils nous ont fascinés

Et des formes qu'ils ont formées a émergé la grande licorne

Son cavalier dos nu dans la tempête

Alors que le jour et la nuit sont nés

Le yin et le yang ont été déchirés

Ils naviguent sur un parcours affrété

Chacun étant la source la plus pure

Des ténèbres et de la lumière

Le dragon connaît ses griffes

Je ne peux pas toucher la licorne

Crains la force

Un seul rayon de lumière

A troublé le sommeil du dragon

Le temps est venu de se battre

Il connaissait son Némésis tel qu'il apparaissait dans la brume

Eclairage blanc du ciel

Frappé sur la bête alors qu'elle se retournait pour voler

Le titan a crié

Puis, comme le sage l'avait prédit

Du noir et blanc vient le tout

À mesure que l'équilibre naturel a été rétabli

Alors que le jour et la nuit sont nés

Le yin et le yang ont été déchirés

Ils naviguent sur un parcours affrété

Chacun étant la source la plus pure
