The Witch - The Primitives

While walking through the forest late one night

There among the trees i saw a woman in white

She beckoned to me, but i was scared to go

And all around was a weird and wonderful glow

She’s a witch

I know she’s a witch

I ran all the way home, but I came back the very next night

I was under the spell of that strange and beautiful light

But just the shadow of the trees from the moonlight was on the ground

And the wonderful woman was nowhere to be found

Elle m'a fait signe, mais j'avais peur d'y aller

Et tout autour était une lueur étrange et merveilleuse

C'est une sorcière

J'ai couru jusqu'à la maison, mais je suis revenu le lendemain soir

J'étais sous le charme de cette étrange et belle lumière

Mais seule l'ombre des arbres du clair de lune était sur le sol

Et la femme merveilleuse était introuvable

C'est une sorcière
