Silver Bird - UFO

This morning as I walked, I gazed out across my land

Lying there all still lying there upon the sand

A big silver bird had planted itself into the ground

And being the kind of person who isn’t very easily alarmed

Decided to take a walk to see just what I could find

Walked around the walls, tapping to find me a door

Knocking on the windows to see if I could find out more

Big silver bird let me inside your plane

Want to fly so high fly me high, away

All of a sudden, the door slid back and someone was there

A strange kind of being spoke to me in my tongue

«step inside, we’ll take you away in our plane

We’ll leave this earth, you never even will complain»

Stepping inside I fixed myself into a seat

Holding on, lord, I heard them engines start to beat

Big silver bird let me inside your plane

Want to fly so high, fly me high away, yeah

Ce matin, alors que je marchais, j'ai contemplé ma terre

Allongé là, toujours allongé là sur le sable

Un grand oiseau argenté s'était planté dans le sol

Et être le genre de personne qui n'est pas très facilement alarmée

J'ai décidé de faire une promenade pour voir exactement ce que je pouvais trouver

J'ai marché le long des murs, tapant pour me trouver une porte

Frapper aux fenêtres pour voir si je pouvais en savoir plus

Grand oiseau argenté, laisse-moi entrer dans ton avion

Je veux voler si haut, me voler haut, loin

Tout d'un coup, la porte a glissé et quelqu'un était là

Une étrange sorte d'être me parla dans ma langue

« Entrez, nous vous emmenons dans notre avion

Nous quitterons cette terre, tu ne te plaindras même pas»

En entrant à l'intérieur, je me suis installé dans un siège

Tenant bon, seigneur, j'ai entendu les moteurs commencer à battre

Grand oiseau argenté, laisse-moi entrer dans ton avion

Tu veux voler si haut, m'envoler haut, ouais
