When I was a learner, I sought both night and day,

I asked the Lord to help me, and He showed me the way.

Go tell it on the mountain;

over the hills and

From out of the Heavens there shone a holy light.

He made me a watchman upon the city wall.

And if I am a

Christian, I am the least of all.

And so, when they had seen it, they all bowed down and

prayed.

Then they traveled on together, to where the Babe

was laid.

Et ainsi, quand ils l'eurent vu, ils se prosternèrent tous et

prié.

Puis ils ont voyagé ensemble, jusqu'à l'endroit où le bébé

a été posé.
