Lord you’re near me every hour

You would know the least thing

You who see me from afar

Sleeping or arising

Lord before me and behind

Infinite and ageless

Such a number is too high

I cannot attain it

If to heaven I will fly

You will be beside me

If in Sheol I will lie

Even there you’ll find me

If I fled on morning wings

Far beyond the great sea

Even there your hand will lead

For I Am will guide me

In the secret of the womb

I was formed and molded

I was skillfull and adorned

Wonderfully worthed

You have numbered all my days

Long before you gave them

In the pages of the book

They have all been gifted

High and wondrous are your thoughts

Fast beyond our telling

If I count them they grow more

I can never grasp them

Search me God and know my heart

Let evil never find me

Lead me on your rigtheous path

Sure and everlasting

Seigneur tu es près de moi toutes les heures

Tu saurais la moindre chose

Toi qui me vois de loin

Dormir ou se lever

Seigneur devant moi et derrière

Infini et sans âge

Un tel nombre est trop élevé

je ne peux pas l'atteindre

Si au paradis je volerai

Tu seras à côté de moi

Si au Sheol je mentirai

Même là tu me trouveras

Si je m'enfuyais sur les ailes du matin

Bien au-delà de la grande mer

Même là, ta main mènera

Car je suis me guidera

Dans le secret de l'utérus

J'ai été formé et modelé

J'étais habile et orné

Merveilleusement valu

Tu as compté tous mes jours

Bien avant que tu leur donnes

Dans les pages du livre

Ils ont tous été doués

Hautes et merveilleuses sont tes pensées

Rapide au-delà de nos dires

Si je les compte, ils poussent plus

Je ne peux jamais les saisir

Cherche-moi Dieu et connais mon cœur

Que le mal ne me trouve jamais

Conduis-moi sur ton droit chemin

Sûr et éternel
