Old Lighthouse Tale - Novembre

Life blows cold at my face now

And I see it and I suffer it again

A frame after the other

A second after the other

A guitar scream as I reach my last shore

In front of me there’s just a sea

The immense sea of a last goodbye

And behind me emptiness

Just the emptiness of a life

I’ve tried it, but I can’t see nothing else

No more romanticism in these waves

No more poetry in the eternal hate

Between the sea and the sky

Hate, hate breeding the unreachability of an horizon

I’ve felt the fury of the centuries eating these rocks away

I’ve seen the millennia sweeping away millions of mortals

Dying still searching for the meaning of this striving in vain

Striving just to disappear into the oblivion of an abyss

These waves to infiny are calling me now

And I’d never through their call could ever be so irresistible

I join them, I drown in them, I lust with them, I pass

I pass away by them as I’m as one with them now

La vie souffle sur mon visage maintenant

Et je le vois et je le souffre à nouveau

Une image après l'autre

Une seconde après l'autre

Un cri de guitare alors que j'atteins mon dernier rivage

Devant moi, il n'y a qu'une mer

L'immense mer d'un dernier au revoir

Et derrière moi le vide

Juste le vide d'une vie

J'ai essayé, mais je ne vois rien d'autre

Plus de romantisme dans ces vagues

Plus de poésie dans la haine éternelle

Entre la mer et le ciel

La haine, la haine engendre l'inaccessibilité d'un horizon

J'ai senti la fureur des siècles dévorer ces rochers

J'ai vu les millénaires balayer des millions de mortels

Mourir toujours à la recherche du sens de cet effort en vain

S'efforçant juste de disparaître dans l'oubli d'un abîme

Ces vagues à l'infini m'appellent maintenant

Et je ne serais jamais à travers leur appel si irrésistible

Je les rejoins, je me noie en eux, je les convoite, je passe

Je meurs à côté d'eux car je ne fais plus qu'un avec eux maintenant
