Richard Ashcroft
Richard Ashcroft est un musicien et auteur-compositeur de rock anglais, né en 1971 au Royaume-Uni. Il est surtout connu comme chanteur, guitariste rythmique et leader du groupe de rock britannique The Verve , qu'il a rejoint en 1989. Le groupe a connu un succès international grâce à son tube "Bitter Sweet Symphony" , un titre devenu emblématique du rock. Après The Verve , Ashcroft a entamé une carrière solo, sortant notamment l'album "Alone with Everybody" . Son œuvre a profondément influencé les scènes Britpop et rock alternatif, faisant de lui une figure incontournable de la musique britannique contemporaine.
