A Sheep Tale - Plunkett

Come little ones let us tell you a story

About a black sheep in a bold ancient land

Where most sheep were good but others were bad

And they huffed and they puffed 'till they made him feel

Sad

So he went to the mountains

Went to the sea

He opened his heart and breathed

Soft warm light fell upon

Two tired eyes

Time stood still and he cried

Back to the flock and he felt so alone

He dreamed of a friend and a place they’d call home

Nothing else mattered and no one else cared

Then out of the blue another black sheep appeared

And they went to the mountains

Went to the sea

Opened their hearts and breathed

Soft warm light fell on four

Loving warm eyes

Time stood still and they smiled

At the sun

Où la plupart des moutons étaient bons mais d'autres étaient mauvais

Et ils ont soufflé et ils ont soufflé jusqu'à ce qu'ils lui fassent sentir

Une douce lumière chaude est tombée sur

Deux yeux fatigués

Le temps s'est arrêté et il a pleuré

De retour au troupeau et il se sentait si seul

Il rêvait d'un ami et d'un endroit qu'ils appelleraient chez eux

Rien d'autre n'avait d'importance et personne d'autre ne s'en souciait

Puis à l'improviste un autre mouton noir est apparu

Et ils sont allés dans les montagnes

Je suis allé à la mer

Ouvert leurs cœurs et respiré

Une douce lumière chaude est tombée sur quatre

Aimer les yeux chauds

Le temps s'est arrêté et ils ont souri

Au soleil
