A brutal banishment

A condemnation unfeeling

Compels me to wander

In dreadful isolation

Why?

Why must I leave behind all that once was mine?

Ahead lies only an eternity of vacuum

No life awaits here amongst the forlorn soils of the Malediction Fields

A people lost

A tribe without spirit tethered to a land that no longer remembers

Trapped within valleys that scream without mercy

Prayers to a long-dead body go unheeded and unheard

The ghostly cries of the abandoned carve ruin into the fabric of my senses

Yet my back is turned

My heart stone

There will be no return for one such as I

For I am but a man

Fassible yet free

Purity and principles scattered to the harsh winds

Stoic beneath waning skies swollen with the promises of pain

Descending spirals of a withering storm-scape

Echoing the chaos that roils within the fragile stem of the Earth

Pourquoi dois-je abandonner tout ce qui m'appartenait autrefois ?

Devant, il n'y a qu'une éternité de vide

Aucune vie n'attend ici parmi les sols désolés des Champs de Malédiction

Un peuple perdu

Une tribu sans esprit attachée à une terre qui ne se souvient plus

Pris au piège dans des vallées qui crient sans pitié

Les prières à un corps mort depuis longtemps sont ignorées et ignorées

Les cris fantomatiques de la ruine abandonnée sculptent le tissu de mes sens

Pourtant, j'ai le dos tourné

Ma pierre de cœur

Il n'y aura aucun retour pour quelqu'un comme moi

Car je ne suis qu'un homme

Facile mais gratuit

Pureté et principes dispersés aux vents violents

Stoïque sous un ciel décroissant gonflé de promesses de douleur

Spirales descendantes d'un paysage de tempête flétrissant

Faisant écho au chaos qui gronde dans la tige fragile de la Terre
